Предмет. Понятие и основные подходы к оценке инвестиционной привлекательности компании.
Цели. Исходя из анализа зарубежных источников из международных баз журнальных и книжных публикаций провести анализ и систематизацию основных подходов, которые используются для оценки инвестиционной привлекательности с учетом современных требований приверженности компании принципам устойчивого развития и социальной ответственности.
Методология. Использовались общенаучные методы познания, а также системный и сравнительный анализ.
Результаты. Рассмотрены различия в определении инвестиционной привлекательности компании в России и за рубежом, позволяющие лучше понять теоретические исследования иностранных коллег.
Выводы. В зарубежной литературе инвестиционная привлекательность компании оценивается с использованием оценки финансовых показателей ее деятельности, оценки стоимости, влияния нематериальных активов на инвестиционную привлекательность, оценки инвестиционной привлекательности с учетом соответствия компании современному технологическому укладу, приверженности принципам устойчивого развития и социальной ответственности. Следование принципам устойчивого развития и социальной ответственности повышает инвестиционную привлекательность компании и дает ей неоспоримое конкурентное преимущество.
